GABYA ISLE RITUALS 2025 – FESTIVAL RULES v2.1

1. FESTIVAL ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES
GABYA Isle Rituals is a festival of conscious experience, music and fellowship, taking place in the nature reserve of the Kaunas Yacht Club peninsula. The festival is created with respect for the Earth, people and community.

ABSOLUTE SOBERING RULE
The festival is strictly sober. It is prohibited throughout the entire territory:
– consuming alcohol;
– using any narcotic, psychotropic or intoxicating substances;
– being intoxicated.
If this rule is violated, the person will be removed without compensation.

2. TIME AND PLACE
Location: Kaunas Yacht Club, R. Kalantos g. 124, Kaunas, 52330
Coordinates: 54°53’08.9″N 24°01’37.5″E
Festival gates open: 2026-08-28 14:00
Festival ends: 2026-08-30 15:00
The festival takes place in a nature reserve on the peninsula. Please behave respectfully and preserve the environment.

3. FESTIVAL TERRITORY ZONES
Active zone – concerts, practices, rituals and activities.
Camping zone – access only with a wristband and camping ticket; number of places is limited.
Community spaces – for relaxation, swimming, toilets, food.

4. TICKETS AND BRACELETS
Important:
– Upon arrival, the ticket is exchanged for a bracelet.
– A damaged, removed or unfastened bracelet is invalid.
– The bracelet is intended for one person only and is not transferable.
– Entry to the campsite is only possible with a bracelet + camping ticket.
– Children under 6 years old – free with parents/guardians.
– Under 18 years of age – only with a responsible adult.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT
The participant undertakes to:
– behave respectfully towards others, nature and infrastructure;
– not consume or carry intoxicants;
– not carry prohibited items;
– listen to the instructions of the staff and security.

The organizer has the right to:
– change the program;
– restrict access to areas;
– exclude persons who pose a threat or violate the rules.

6. SECURITY
Security has the right to:
– check tickets, wristbands, items;
– check documents (security service / police);
– deny entry to intoxicated, aggressive persons;

– ask to leave the area;
– use proportionate force only in self-defense or for the safety of others.

7. CAMPING RULES
Camping area – only with a wristband and camping ticket.
Quiet time: 00:00–08:00.
It is prohibited:
– to consume alcohol or intoxicants;
– to use open fire devices;
– to use barbecues, grills, gas cylinders;
– to use generators.

Procedure:
– Pitch tents only in marked areas.
– Protect nature, do not use soaps or chemicals in the water.
– Park cars only in designated areas.

8. ANIMALS
Only:
– calm, non-aggressive animals are allowed;
– on a leash;
– not allowed in the Active Zone;
– the owner is 100% responsible.
The organizer may ask to take the animal out.

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS

It is prohibited to bring:
– weapons, dangerous objects;
– drugs, intoxicants;
– alcohol;
– glass containers;
– pyrotechnics;
– speakers;
– drones without written permission;
– commercial advertisements without permission;
– gas cylinders, grills.

10. FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
– Filming and photography may be permitted at the festival.
– General shots may be used for communication.
– Close-up portraits are only used with consent.
– Professional filming only with permission.
– Drones only with written permission.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of natural conditions (storm, wind, rain), the organizer may change the program or
limit activities. Tickets are not refundable due to natural factors.

12. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
– Do not litter.
– Protect vegetation and water.
– Use only toilets.

– To preserve the peninsula’s ecosystem.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
Organizer: Public Institution Creators 76.
Processed data: tickets, registrations, inquiries, social networks.
Data is used for organizational purposes only.
